Application:
Artificial
Graphite YXA-H is widely used to energy storage batteries. At present,
in the energy storage battery market, there are three main application
areas: electric energy storage, household energy storage and base
station energy storage.
Tips:
The
material design first discharge capacity is recommended to be 340mAh/g,
and the tap density is recommended to be controlled in
1.50g/cc-1.55g/cc and below. This product is suitable for waterborne system.
Packaging requirements:
YXA-H
artificial graphite should be put into a plastic bag with a size of
650mm×950mm, sealed, and then put into a carton with a weight of
25+0.02kg/carton, or according to user requirements.
Transportation and storage:
a
The product should be stored in a dry, ventilated place without other
pollution sources (recommendation: temperature≤45℃, humidity≤85%);
b
The stacking of products should be neat and tidy, and the production
batch number, production date and other signs should be clearly
identified;
c
During transportation, it should be handled with care to avoid damage
to the package; any products leaking out of the package should not be
returned to the box.
d The shelf life is 2 years at room temperature.

Matters needing attention:
a)
Ensure that the capacity of the negative electrode per unit area is
greater than or equal to that of the positive electrode per unit area to
avoid lithium evolution during charging.
b) Ensure that there is a good interface between the isolation film and the electrode.
c) The surface density and compaction density of the electrode will affect the performance of the rate capacity and performance.
d) This product is made of pitch coke, it is recommended that design compaction at 1.50-1.55g/cc is the best.
